Return and Exchange Policy

X INTIMA offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer.

Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.

According to our company policy, we are unable to offer a refund on sale items. Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.

X INTIMA seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients.

If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way:

To request a return, log in to your account and click on the “Returns” section. You will receive a Return Form via email with all the necessary information.

Fill in the Return Form and send your returns with a shipping service of your choice.

All items must be sent with the note “Sample – No Commercial Value” on the invoice and the package value must be under 10 USD to prevent customs problems.

Please note, X INTIMA is not responsible for the return delivery charges and customs fees and duties of returning products.




After the package reaches our warehouse, allow us around 2 or 3 business days to verify the integrity of the items.

Once your return has been accepted, the refund process will be issued as soon as possible to the card used in the original purchase, in the same currency.

Our reimbursement process takes between 3 and 9 business days to be completed. The time the credit will be restored in your account depends on your banking procedures.

Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. In the event you return item(s) from an order that was qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
