Return and Exchange Policy

  • X INTIMA offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer.
  • Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.
  • According to our company policy, we are unable to offer a refund on sale items. Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.

  • X INTIMA seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients.
  • If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way:
  • To request a return, log in to your account and click on the “Returns” section. You will receive a Return Form via email with all the necessary information.
  • Fill in the Return Form and send your returns with a shipping service of your choice.
  • All items must be sent with the note “Sample – No Commercial Value” on the invoice and the package value must be under 10 USD to prevent customs problems.
  • Please note, X INTIMA is not responsible for the return delivery charges and customs fees and duties of returning products.


  • After the package reaches our warehouse, allow us around 2 or 3 business days to verify the integrity of the items.
  • Once your return has been accepted, the refund process will be issued as soon as possible to the card used in the original purchase, in the same currency.
  • Our reimbursement process takes between 3 and 9 business days to be completed. The time the credit will be restored in your account depends on your banking procedures.
  • Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. In the event you return item(s) from an order that was qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
